PS Ventures' primary mission is to help design and develop buildings that are more resilient, more durable, and more efficient utilizing building science and passive building principles.  We effectively bring our sustainability focused approach to solve real world problems in the built environment.

Through years of work with multi-generational property owners and developers we have honed a long term approach to real estate.  Quite simply, we have found that long term owners of real estate often view real estate differently than more common “merchant" builders and developers whose primary focus is to build and sell.  While there is nothing inherently wrong with short term ownership, we have observed that a long term view often leads to more innovative, resilient and sustainable approaches to real estate.  We embrace green building practices with a focus on durability and performance.  We bring value to an expanding group of trusted partners who appreciate our environmentally conscious, multi-generational view.
